This oats recipe, from one of our clients here at CK Elite, makes for a really quick and easy breakfast—prepared in advance the night before to save you time in the morning.



  • 30g porridge oats
  • 1 pot of your choice of yoghurt (0% Greek yoghurt is a great choice because it’s so thick)
  • Cinnamon
  • 1 banana, or similar fresh fruit


  1. Mix all of the ingredients together in a plastic lunch box or Tupperware bowl.
  2. Place the lid on the box and leave in the fridge overnight.
  3. When you’re ready for breakfast, add a chopped banana or other fresh fruit to the mix.
