Lisa’s Testimonial

As a client of CK Elite on and off now for 2 years, I can honestly say that it has been the best thing I could have ever done, and something I enjoy and look forward to even though I whinge, complain and moan…

I have learnt a lot about exercise, nutrition and myself so far as a client, and have constantly had nothing but 100% support from Chris. Yayyy!

Everyone has different goals when having a personal trainer; most people want to look amazing, lose weight, reach a personal best weight in a squat, or in general get fitter. Initially, some of these were my goals and still are now, but I think people often forget about the mental reasons of why exercise is so good for you, and this is why I come to Chris. I call him my life coach as he helps both physically and mentally. I leave Chris’s sessions feeling very positive, more upbeat, happy, and overall a million times better than I did before I arrived.

Without seeing Chris, I would struggle massively as he helps to keep me on track and tailors each session just for me. Unlike other trainers I have come across who see you simple as “another client”, I enjoy Chris’s laid back, friendly and understanding approach to training me.

Although like many others I fall off the healthy lifestyle wagon every now and again, and struggle with diet and exercise, Chris has always been there to pick me back up again. He has taught me that it doesn’t matter how many times you go off track, what is important is that you pick yourself up again, forget about the past, and move forward.

Yes, I would love nothing more than to have a dream body, but with Chris I have learnt that that isn’t everything. Chris has built my confidence up when it’s been low, and is helping me to live a healthy lifestyle – which is really all I want.

Overall Chris is an excellent trainer and I am proud and happy to be a CK Elite client – and I have found a friend in Chris too. (Really I’ve only written this to have an easy life with easy sessions that require no assault bike or squat jumps…or at least, I’d like to think this is the case but it’s not true…)
